You collect business incidents and book operational matters in the following areas: creditors, travel cost accounting and payment transactions You carry out international accounting and administrative activities within our Europe hub for the DACH region You support the creation of monthly and annual accounts You take care of the clarification and coordination of creditor accounts and the processing of open items You are a contact person with your expertise:in for junior colleagues in the accounting team and thus supports the leadership team in the development of individual team members You support us with your ideas and know-how in optimizing our existing processes

You have a completed training or study with a financial focus and have several years of professional experience in creditor accounting You have fun working independently, taking responsibility and being part of an international team You have very good German and at least good English knowledge in word and writing, the MS Office products (especially Excel) are familiar to you You are solution-oriented and service-oriented and communicate with your colleague, with different functions You ideally have good knowledge of how to control hostages, events and travel You have an affinity for modern software solutions and ideally experience with Oracle NetSuite
