As a school manager Springer*in you take over the secretariat management in various school secretariats: You support the school secretariat in the case of human bottlenecks (e.g. illness, increased work) or for short-term special tasks. You are the first contact person for pupils, parents, school management, teacher college and take care of the electronic student administration and all the concerns of students of different types of school. You do all organizational and administrative work during the school year, such as the registration procedure. You process the mail, perform writing and administrative work, take over the telephone service, enter attendees, coordinate appointments, make orders, process the invoices and run the registry.

We are happy if you bring a vocational training. Students are welcome as well as cross-comers. Ideally, you already have professional experience in the field of administrative or secretarial work. As an organizational institution, you are convinced of good time management, you are happy to work in the team and are independent. As you have money to do, you have ordered economic conditions. You can be on site at 7:30 a.m.
