You yourself take on the technical support and responsibility of the IT employee workstation including the implementation of security requirements to a modern IT workstation and its continuous development Topics such as DORA, Regulatorics, Public Procurement and Licensing Management should be known to you and first contact points should be available. Other topics include your activity: Ensuring stable IT operation and ongoing optimization of IT staff workstation and media technology Monitoring and safeguarding the integrity and availability of OI applications Operational control and monitoring of the external IT service provider for IT staff securing the client based on the current Windows versions including M365 and compliance with regulatory requirements Participation in the introduction of cloud products around IT staff workstations such as MS copilot or alternative cloud technologies Support and further development of the media technology used incl. Design of high-quality meeting rooms in our new office building Implementation and support Procurement procedures and license management for a variety of software products

Successfully completed studies with a focus on natural sciences or economics, in particular computer science or business informatics with at least 3 years of professional experience or many years of professional experience in the above-described environment and detectable additional qualifications such as certifications (state-tested computer scientist / Bachelor Professional in IT) Ability to meet the different requirements and procedures of the different user/user groups Experiences in the 1st and 2nd level support of applications Knowledge of management according to ITIL Understanding central infrastructure services (DNS, AD, etc.) First experience in cooperation or management of projects Designed logical-analytical thinking capacity / abstraction capability and systematic and structured working methods Creativity and necessary pragmatism in solution finding Representative self-employment and special initiative Team skills and communication skills Impressed cost and quality awareness and high customer orientation Good German language skills
