Site Engineer (m/w/d)

We employ approx. 1,800 employees and are looking for a Site Engineer (m/w/d) for the Central Engineering division at the Schwerte site.

As project manager, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and completion of investment projects You take over the professional leadership of the CapEx project team (product and packaging development, engineering, production, production planning, purchasing, quality) Ensuring a robust and implementable project plan to achieve the relevant technical success criteria (quality, plant availability, costs, appointment, etc.) Your responsibility You run external engineering services such as architects and specialist planners (TGA) You support the plant manager in the project selection and priority in the production of the plant project portfolio and conduct business reviews as well as the annual development of the plant investment plan (CapEx Management) Together with the specialist departments, you opt for work and process processes with rationalization and cost reduction potential taking into account current quality and safety standards You are part of the Work Leadership team and supports the Work Manager in the Coaching area. You support tracking targets, results and resources used within relevant timeframes

Perfect! You already have an important criterion. You should also bring: You have a successfully completed engineering degree or a comparable training You bring at least 5–10 years of well-founded professional experience in a similar function Analytical thinking, a professional appearance and a careful and solution-oriented way of working distinguish you You have experience in designing efficient processes in a complex environment Communication with contacts at different levels is yours – you can clearly explain processes and integrate others in a targeted manner Team skills and strong communication skills are your strengths as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality You are sure to use MS Office standard software and have basic practical knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Project Your knowledge of German and English in word and writing are very good
