Planning and control of rollouts, service operations and scheduled orders Communication: Central interface between sales, customers and service departments Process Management: SLA Monitoring and Escalation Management, Priority of Projects & Service Requests Reporting and KPI analyses, status reporting, compliance checks Maintenance of contract and order data Use of ServiceNow & SAP WebUI for creating workorders and for status tracking Optimization: Identification of Improvement Potentials and Active Service Process Optimization
Completed commercial or IT-related training or multiannual experience in a similar function Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow) very desirable Organisational and communication strength Basic understanding for hardware/software processes ITIL knowledge of advantage Target-oriented work with a high degree of self-organisation Experience in IT service or process management
