Ownership: You take responsibility for the future viability of the product

Market and customer orientation: You get feedback from users and stakeholders, analyze and integrate the insights into product development

Backlog Management: You coordinate and evaluate new requirements, update and prioritise the product backlog and ensure that our offers are further developed in line with needs

Expertise: You are always able to speak in your topic and are an expert both internally and externally

Empowerment: As a designer, coordinator and motivator, you are driving cooperation in teams and with departments and making sure that all participants contribute to the success of the product together

Control target-oriented: You bring your product into effect and take necessary measures to ensure success
