Leadership and control: Conduct targeted project teams to implement building-technical solutions for office and school buildings in turnkey construction Contact person for TGA: Take technical responsibility and support customers and project participants as competent contact person Interdisciplinary coordination: coordinate all building engineering structures and ensure smooth cooperation between the departments Call and award: Responsibility Call for tenders and award of TGA services – precise, timely and cost-conscious Cost and Budget Control: Keep an overview of costs and budgets and ensure that all project objectives are achieved Promote sustainability: help integrate energy-efficient and sustainable solutions and smart building technologies into each project
