Own responsibility for debitor and creditor accounting

Control of payment transactions and receivable management, including payment transactions and reminding

Reliable settlement of tax and statistical reports, from sales tax forecasts to intra-trade statistics

Reporting of a total of four companies in Germany and Switzerland as well as answering examiners' requests under tax audits

Creation of monthly accounts and support in the preparation of annual accounts according to HGB and Swiss Obligation Law

Active participation in reporting

Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist or with a focus on accounting/taxing Multiannual experience in accounting, ideally in industrial companies or in a tax office knowledge of the accounting system according to HGB and German tax law; Knowledge of Swiss tax law is advantageous Safe handling of MS Office programs Structured, reliable and independent operation Very good German knowledge and good English skills
