We offer exciting projects at our customers Airbus Operations and we are looking for an employee for the position "Contingent Workforce Supply Chain Manager" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Support the coordination of contingent workforce subcontracting together activities with Procurement and other stakeholders
• Participate to work specifications definition for subcontracting of Employment services and tools
• Support key stakeholders ensuring alignment and buy-in of harmonized processes
• Support follow-up of subcontracted recruitment activities (tools in line with defined performance measurement to Suppliers
• Participate in appropriate performance indicators services subcontracted
• Support implementation of best-performing solutions and continuous improvement initiatives for subcontracted services
• Actively participate to the implementation of the Vendor Management System_MSP Project

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in the field acquaintance
• Good knowledge in project management and process management
• Basic knowledge of Change Management and Risk Management
• English and German
