Global HCP Manager - Pharma (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the development and implementation of the global HCP strategy and adapt it in close coordination with the brand team for international markets. You build a multinational key opinion leader (KOL) network and encourage exchanges with international partners, distributors and internal specialist departments. You control the project management for the specialist community communication and develop target group-specific training and training materials for doctors: inside. You initiate and accompany HCP-related market research projects to gain relevant insights for strategic orientation. You take on the continuous tracking and analysis of all measures and then conduct optimization potentials for future activities.

You have a successful degree in marketing, BWL, communication, medical management or comparable You bring multi-year experience in global HCP management (including KOLs) as well as in the creation of local, regional or international HCP materials with You have profound experience in working with international partners: both interdisciplinary teams You have practical experience in managing external agencies, ideally in the healthcare/pharmaceutical field You have very good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with digital tools in the field of project and communication management You have strategic thinking with a high analytical understanding and an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working You have strong communication and team skills at national and international level You show a high degree of initiative and joy in intercultural cooperation You master English in word and writing, other languages are of advantage
