At the closest possible time, we are looking for an independent and responsible director of planning and construction (m/w/d) for the small, dedicated and experienced team for the attractive location in the Rhein-Neckar region.

With your team, you take over the independent construction monitoring and construction management of the residential construction projects and the processing of the performance phases 5-9 (HOAI). You and your team are responsible for and coordinating the appointments of subcontractors and control the costs and bills of construction. You lead and develop the team empathically and supportively and provide constructive and targeted cooperation as well as a valuable working environment. You support and advise the development of the project in the performance phases 1-4 and are responsible for the preparation and award of construction services. You are at the disposal of customer support in the context of processing special requests.

You have completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering or a comparable training. In any case, You bring together several years of professional experience from the housing sector (contractor's or contractor's side) and have gained in-depth practical experience in planning and construction management. You see yourself as a reliable part of a team and have already shown that you can bring a small team behind you and align it with common goals. You appear sovereign at all levels, are authentically present and communicate equally appropriately with craftsmen, customers, business partners and public offices. You are very well self-organized, work structured and can develop, communicate and implement planning solutions with the project participants.
