Development, structuring and implementing innovative financing strategies for individual projects and portfolios in the field of renewable energies (e.g. Project Finance, Portfolio Finance, Green Bonds, Asset-Backed Securities) Own management and conclusion of financing negotiations with banks and institutional investors, as well as negotiation of term sheets, credit agreements and collateral agreements Responsibility for refinancing existing assets and identifying optimization potentials to improve the capital structure Conception and implementation of portfolio financing for the realization of scale effects and interest rate optimization Establishing, maintaining and maintaining relationships with banks, institutional lenders, rating agencies and fulfilling reporting requirements Management and coordination of external consultants and close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. Legal, Investment, Asset Management) Continuous monitoring of financial markets Conducting market and competition analyses on financing conditions and monitoring regulatory developments

That's what you bring

Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Similar At least 5 years of experience in project financing, Structured Finance or Investment Banking Funded experience in financing renewable energy projects (Wind, Solar, BESS) Successful Track Record for Debt transactions and Financial Closings Experience in negotiating with European banks and institutional investors Experience in the management of complex processes with a variety of internal and external stakeholders German and English knowledge in word and writing Ideally an established network of banks, funds and institutional investors in the area of green finance
