• Active participation in the development and continuous development of controlling in the production sector to support strategic decisions through data-based action recommendations.

• creation of automated standard reports, cost-effectiveness calculations and ad hoc analyses.

• Support and further development of controlling and reporting tools with a clear focus on automation and standardization to maximize efficiency and transparency.

• Support in the development and plausibility of budgets for operational planning in close cooperation with the production plants and the central departments.

• Self-employed and active cooperation on cross-work and/or cross-sector projects for process optimization and efficiency enhancement, with innovative solutions being developed and implemented.

• Close cooperation with the departments in controlling and in production to ensure a transparent and efficient database and to use synergies.

• Higher education or a comparable qualification.

• Professional experience in controlling within a global organization.

• Secure handling of modern controlling instruments and ideally knowledge in SAP FI/CO, SAP BI, whose front-end tools and RPA are of advantage.

• High analytical and organizational skills as well as a pronounced numerical understanding.

• Openness and joy in (departmental) communication.

• Hands-on mentality and a pronounced target and solution orientation.

• Structured and independent working as well as self-initiative and team capacity.

• Flowing German and English skills.
