The Information and Technology Services department manages and organises all DKMS IT services worldwide. To enable as many people as possible a second chance of life, digitization is of central importance and IT is the key to success. The core tasks are the support of the DKMS in project management of IT projects and the advice of specialist departments on technical requirements. We are looking for a (Senior) IT Project Manager (m/w/d) to support the Donor Application Development 2 team at the Cologne site or Tübingen.

Responsible management of complex (international) IT projects and IT programs Support for decision-making by analysis, scorecards and option clarifications Planning, control and control of individual project phases, resources and activities Coordination of internal and external resources and control the implementation of tasks Proactive design of communication and thoughtful change and stakeholder management Reporting the project status to the client or a steering committee Monitoring the project budget and delivery dates as well as controlling project-related quality and risk management Support for IT project and portfolio management and the annual budget planning process

Successfully completed university studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable qualification At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the fields of software development and consulting Detectable experience in controlling different (large) projects, preferably with reference to digitalization and/or software development Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Open, positive and winning appearance Embossed diplomatic skill, very good conflict resolution skills and high intercultural communication competence High level of autonomy and organisational ability Very good conceptual and analytical thinking
