Account Manager (m/w/d) First fixed for 2 years in full or part-time with at least 30 hours/week

Responsibility: You are the first person for employees and executives to answer all questions about pay billing, social security and wage tax Handle-handling billing: You set up the monthly billing for a defined business unit – including all upstream and downstream processes Communication counts: You correspond with health insurance companies, authorities and offices and ensure a smooth flow of information Guarantee legal certainty: You judge pay components professionally and secure their correct social insurance and tax treatment Digitalization: You bring ideas to process optimization and actively work on HR projects

Qualifications: You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training for personnel (IHK), or have a comparable qualification Experience counts: Your multiannual professional experience in the operational billing Knowledge and know-how: You have well-founded knowledge in social security and wage tax law, as well as basic knowledge in labour law and in building wage accounting Technology affinity: The experienced handling of the current MS Office programs is obvious to you Service-oriented: Your independent and conscientious working combined with high service orientation makes you an ideal team member Character strength: Your open way, your strong communication skills and the joy of working with colleagues shape your daily work We look forward to continuing with you the success story of our company!
