Our Capital Projects department is responsible for construction and investment projects throughout Germany. We provide comprehensive services in all relevant structures in the areas of construction and technical building equipment in data centers. In the context of construction measures in stock, we provide everything from one source from planning to execution.

Our core competence lies in real estate with critical infrastructure. We plan, build, build, build, maintain and modernise the technical facilities in the building – and that during operation without downtime. We attach great importance to innovation management, sustainability and energy management.

You guide your team both professionally and disciplinaryly and actively accompany its further development The management of complex construction projects is your responsibility – from the design and planning of areas and infrastructure to the creation of coarse concepts and offers to the implementation according to HOAI and VOB You make sure that project goals are achieved in terms of dates, costs, quality and performance, and also take over building tasks Information from the building management and state assessments are included in your decisions to create sustainable solutions With your view on the whole, you are looking for efficient reporting, delivering relevant key figures and actively promoting the further development of our new business unit
