As Area Manager:in (m/w/d) General Bank Control, you will run a team of highly specialized employees and will be responsible for the areas (risk) controlling and accounting / reporting. They report directly to the board. Sustainability management is based on the importance of controlling. You have a bank education and training, are union auditors or have a completed degree. They are characterized by high performance and energy levels. They have a strong analytical thinking capability and can quickly identify complex issues, prepare them to address and present them in committees. They are willing to accept regulatory changes and implement them internally and across areas. They think and act entrepreneurially, have a high degree of self-initiative, self-responsibility and earnings orientation. They have good IT skills in Excel, Word and Power Point. They ideally have a multi-year professional experience in the leadership of employees.
