Our customers are German and international institutional and semi-institutional investors (e.g. pension funds, insurers). We offer the entire value chain of the property for our investors. These include procurement strategies, acquisition testing, business plan with scenario analysis, purchase, administration, restructuring, and continuous inventory optimization including sale. Since its founding in 2014, we have built up a portfolio of over 1 billion euros.

Central contact for our investors and service KVGen of the supervised investment assets in all fund-specific matters Continuous performance comparison (desire/actual) of business plans and budget planning Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations, investor information and reporting in coordination with the specialist departments (controlling, transactions, asset management) Preparation and participation in quarter meetings and investment committee meetings Support in the management and distribution of new fund vehicles

They have an economic (professional) university degree or a completed qualification as a real estate economics. You have already gained at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position with a renowned investment company or asset manager focusing on real estate. They convince with their very good knowledge of regulated fund vehicles according to KAGB and Luxembourg law. Your action is characterized by your analytical thinking and your joy in dealing with numbers. An independent way of working and a lived hand-on mentality are yours.
