Trainee Healthcare (all*) – Focus Customer Experience and Project Management

We make you fit for your career in the field of health care, health care and health policy in up to 24 months – with a special focus on the design of our customer experience and project and process management. You sleep your home base in one of our most diverse areas: The team member development and promotion of young talent focuses on the customer experience for our nursing staff:inside and optimising internal processes. You identify, analyze and optimize processes along the customer journey and implement concrete improvement measures together with your team. Together with us, you develop new ideas and solutions for our target groups and accompany projects from conception to implementation - with creativity and organizational talent. You learn to use AI technologies and digital tools in a targeted way to effectively shape and develop our processes and projects. You rotate through selected other teams (such as our training management or our public relations work) and get to know the health and health policy in a holistic way. You actively shape your time as a trainee – including your own projects and ideas.

You have a degree (or are close to it). You're burning for health and want to shape the health care with your ideas. You are a real macher: in and an absolute organizational talent. You're packing up where your team is in demand. You love new technologies and ideally have experiences in handling project management tools and AI technologies.
