Service / Kitchen Assistant for our company cafeteria in the Ulm area (m/f/d)

From production staff to executive days – your guests are versatile and have individual requirements. As a service force – Springer, you can flexibly design a warm service experience at our modern operating restaurants, take over cashier activities and kitchen drains and ensure that every visit becomes special for our guests.

Your task area

• Friendly service and direct guest contact in the free-flow area of our operating restaurants
• Implementation of cashier activities with modern cashless payment systems
• Support for conference, guest and event hostings at changing locations
• Working in daily food production and preparation in different kitchen and service areas
• Ensuring compliance with all service, quality and hygiene standards
• Flexible support of the teams in different operating restaurants as required

Your strengths

• They are ideally experiencing gastronomy or food sales – a completed training in one of these areas is beneficial, but no need
• They inspire guests through kindness, host qualities and well-kept ways of handling
• They work reliably at the checkout and have basic PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel)
• They are flexible, team-oriented and motivated to be used in various areas and branches
• We also welcome charismatic cross-comers – we appreciate commitment and readiness to learn
