Team Leader Product Management Energy (Processes, Products & Performance) - Full-time / Part-time (m/f/d)

You guide the product management team with focus on process optimization, performance and products Analyze and develop existing processes and introduce digital solutions for more efficiency You select suitable software and automation solutions, implement and improve them continuously You develop KPIs to control and further develop the areas and present the results regularly You work closely with your team, IT, sales and external partners to implement innovations and optimizations You translate energy and regulatory requirements into efficient digital processes You optimize and digitize the processes around our electricity and gas product portfolio (B2C & B2B) You recognize market opportunities, e.g. for dynamic tariffs and flexibility products, and implement corresponding processes and products You recognize regulatory changes early and coordinate necessary adjustments You test market trends and innovations and guide improvements for the product portfolio You control the implementation of new products, features and automation concepts You establish a process-oriented team culture and sustainably anchor new processes and software solutions

Experience in managing teams and managing interdisciplinary projects, ideally in the field of energy, IT or digitalization. Deep knowledge in the field of process management, automation and digitalization of business processes, preferably in the energy industry. Experience in the introduction and application of modern software solutions, ideally in the product management environment. Understanding energy market roles, regulatory requirements and product development processes. Ability to initiate changes and inspire employees for digital transformation. Communication strength, organisational skills and a structured, proactive way of working. Safe, competent occurrence and a very good communication capability as well as enforcement capability Good analytical and conceptual thinking Good knowledge and experience in handling MS Office applications (focus Excel and PowerPoint)
