Developing sustainable solutions You evaluate individual strategies, refurbishment concepts together with external consultants and create sound decision templates taking into account the respective refurbishment perspectives. As a responsible contact person, you control the necessary measures, accompany their implementation and keep an eye on economic development and potential risks at any time. What distinguishes you You are a banker (w/m/d) and have successfully completed a further education on the savings bank business owner or a Bachelor/Master degree course. You have several years of experience in commercial credit business – ideally in the Sparkassenumfeld. Your strong communication strength, your negotiation skills and your safe occurrence allow you to act sovereignly and solution-oriented even in challenging conversation situations.
