A completed training as a pedagogical specialist (min. state-approved) or a study of social education (or comparable) as a prerequisite. Responsibility, organisational skills and the ability to identify needs at an early stage. Experience in working with children. Management experience is desirable (e.g. a previous group line or the like). Joy in leading a team participatively and developing them together. Safe handling of digital devices and common office products. A good, transparent, friendly and honest communication. Knowledge of the structures of the open day are a plus for your application.
