As a banker or Bank businessman, you get to know the banking business from scratch. During your training, you will gain insights into the financing and credit business, customer advice and sales, payment transactions and digital banking as well as the securities and capital market business. You will also work with sustainability and responsible banking.

You bring at least a very good real school degree or the (special) abitur with good performance. Economic, financial and social topics can be found exciting and want to understand what is behind them. Dealing with people makes you happy and you like working in the team.
