Tourism clerk (m/f/d)

You advise our members and customers personally and by phone to travel and tourist issues. You create offers and take the correspondence with our customers and members, manage travel and prepare accounting tasks. You process professional enquiries and complaints from our members as well as our customers. You are responsible for the continuous guarantee of customer or membership satisfaction. Together with your colleagues, you are realizing the sales targets in the team. It gives you pleasure to develop and implement local marketing measures, as well as actions for customer acquisition and regular customer care. Your creative ideas and your innovative spirit help continuously improve and expand our service.

You successfully completed your training as a travel/tourism businessman (w/m/d), bringing you a sincere enthusiasm for travel and different cultures. With heart blood, commitment and expertise, you convey all kinds of travel (individual and travel, cruises, hotels, flights as well as other tourist services) that are perfectly matched to the individual wishes and needs of our customers. You already have experiences in active sales in the travel agency, which are characterised by expertise, product and target area knowledge. Your organizational talent and high customer orientation make you an invaluable valuable part of our team. You also keep an overview of the daily business in turbulent times and always pay attention to economic efficiency. You are familiar with the popular booking and price comparison systems such as AMADEUS, Bistro Portal, Paxconnect and ideally with the CRM MIDOCO.
