Acquisition of technical and central management responsibility with the main tasks of maintenance services and/or energy management to strategic partners in technical building management Responsible for the interface management of service providers in relation to basic topics and contractual content, including the preparation and adaptation of technical requirements in cooperation with the purchase Superordinate control of the commissioned maintenance and operating services on the basis of contracts with external service providers and the provision of a monitoring and professional support for the operationally operating areas including Implementation of training Monitoring of external business partners and implementation of quality management and escalation management to ensure a high level of service Development, optimization and controlling of processes, implementation of SLA and KPI indicators to ensure the performance of the contract, including the establishment of a number-based dashboard for management Responsible planning, implementation and optimization of projects and implementation of new technologies

Higher education or technical college degree in an economic or technical degree course and relevant professional experience in a comparable position Impressed customer and service orientation with the ability to understand complex facts Structured, targeted and independent mode of operation, coupled with high load capacity in time-oriented tasks Knowledge of contract design and experience in project management and moderation competence Strong communication skills, social competence and adaptability in networks to promote interdisciplinary cooperation Safe handling of popular PC programs (PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to continue training
