In order to strengthen our team in Bergisch Gladbach, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time customer service provider (m/w/d) for internal service insurance as soon as possible

You are responsible for the full consultation and support of our existing customers in all subject- and contract-specific topics focusing on industry and industry You analyze inventory contracts of our clients with regard to risk profiles as well as needs and thus identify potentials and coverage gaps The implementation of tenders, the evaluation of the results, the independent creation of offers and the development of decision-making recommendations is your responsibility For long-term customer retention, prepare annual calls You accompany the damage process in coordination with the damage management You will take care of the full contract processing/management

You have a training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification in the commercial sector Relevant professional experience in the insurance field or insurance is advantageous, but not necessarily a prerequisite You have good knowledge of the common Microsoft Office applications Your communication skills and your compelling appearance Organisational skills and care help you structure everyday work Your desire, the desire for new and a healthy portion of humor complete your profile
