For our Group-wide development department SINA Evolution in the Public Authorities Division – drivers of secure cloud transformation – we are looking for your smart head for one of our locations in Berlin, Bonn, Borchen, Dresden, Eschborn, Essen, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich, Siegen or Stuttgart. You are an experienced technical head who wants to shape the next chapter of the SINA product world? Then Tech Lead (m/w/d) will be in the SINA Evolution – a strategic program that converts existing security architectures into cloud-native environments and develops completely new solutions. In your role, you are responsible for the technical design and implementation of individual modules to the entire platform within the SINA Evolution – from architecture to technical vision to operational implementation. You work closely with engineering managers, product managers and management and contribute significantly to the technical excellence and innovative power of the program.

Technical management of one or more development teams Responsibility for architectural decisions, technical vision and prioritization Close cooperation with engineering managers and product managers Promoting technical excellence, quality assurance and sustainable scalability Support in building safe and resilient software architectures Cooperation with internal and external partners Representation of technical positions in strategic discussions with the Executive Board

deep technical understanding of modern software architectures – especially in the cloud environment Experience as Tech Lead (m/w/d), architect (m/w/d) or comparable role in security-critical software projects the ability to convince others by professional competence and communication Experience with DevSecOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD and modern development methods Experience with distributed systems, ideally also in the field of network security an independent, structured way of working and enjoying the design and scaling of technical solutions Communication strength at eye level – both with engineers and decision-makers Experience with Nix / NixOS, Rust, GitLab or Zero-Trust Architectures Experience with the development of high-security software solutions (e.g. VS-NfD) Confidence with regulatory frameworks in the safety-critical area

Knowledge of the English language (safe for negotiation) as well as knowledge of the German language (not necessarily required, but advantageous)
