In 2 years we will teach you everything you need to know for the preparation of workflows and for the commissioning of our production machines and plants. Your training plan includes controlling the production process as well as manufacturing and quality controls. You will learn what it takes to guarantee compliance with specific standards and requirements – in terms of safety, quality, hygiene, environment and energy efficiency. In addition, you will encounter a variety of test methods and it is also about the professional handling of milk, cheese and other dairy products. And because hygiene is an important topic in the food industry, you also take on various cleaning and maintenance work. The vocational school makes you fit in assessing and securing the quality of food.

You've got a good real or primary degree. Very good technical understanding and skill. Great interest in food and dairy products. You are interested in pronounced quality and hygiene awareness. Care, sense of responsibility, reliability characterize you.

You will receive an annual grant of €120.00 for teaching materials. For longer journeys, you will receive a fare grant. A 12-month takeover after passing vocational training within the group is guaranteed for you. You start with an attractive salary of over €1,000 in the first year of training.
