In your role, you will take care of the processing of enquiries, offers and orders and thus support the team efficiently They monitor payment inputs and make sure everything runs smoothly Accounting of representative commissions also belongs to your tasks and require your detailed accuracy Regular coordination with other areas of calculations and appointments allows you to keep an overview and create synergies Administrative tasks are done with care and support the smooth running in the office

They have completed commercial training and experience in marketing industrial products with Your good knowledge in MS Office and ideally experience in the application of SAP will help you in your daily work They communicate safely in German and English, other foreign language skills are of advantage
