Development Engineer Cable Design (m/f/d)

Together with sales, you work on and manage customer and development projects and are therefore closely involved in the development of new product ideas from the outset. You develop products for new market segments and accompany them up to series. In addition to extending and maintaining technical information, you are constantly updating our design guidelines. With your expertise, you support the approval of our cables and cables according to national and international standards. Based on customer requests, you construct suitable solutions and perform the associated calculations. By creating data sheets, work schedules and piece lists, you contribute to providing all relevant technical information at any time. In addition, you will provide relevant key figures for ongoing product development projects, thus ensuring transparency in the development process.

You have completed your training as a technician (m/w/d) or a university degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field. Ideally, you have already been able to gain professional experience and bring industry experience as well as expertise in the area mentioned. Good English skills help you to master tasks in an international context. You are familiar with application programs such as SAP and MS Office, as well as knowledge of JavaScript is of advantage. You work autonomously and reliably, communicate clearly and safely. Customer orientation is self-evident and you are committed to demanding tasks – even if you need more.
