Investment Compliance Spezialist (m/f/d)

In this position, you are part of the Department of Investment Limits in the Operations Division and take a central role in the interface between portfolio management, customer support, compliance, IT and external partners such as KVGen and deposit banks. Operational implementation and maintenance of legal and contractual investment limits in our systems Implementation and monitoring of ex-post compliance audits for fund and private mandate structures and support in ex-ante audit in portfolio management Analysis and cooperation in the production of sales brochures and investment guidelines Preparation and maintenance of test, test and process documentation (e.g. for revision, internal controls, audits) Close cooperation with management companies, depositaries and service providers Technical support for IT requirements, automation projects in the operating environment Cooperation in the further development of operational and regulatory processes Participation in monitoring new products and the target market

Completed studies in the field of business, finance, mathematics, economic law or a comparable area 3–5 years of professional experience with a KVG, an asset manager or in a comparable operational/compliance environment Solid knowledge of regulatory framework conditions (e.g. UCITS, AIF, KAGB, WpHG, MiFid, etc.) Practical experience with investment compliance checks and technical administration in PMS systems Very good understanding of data-based, controlled processes and system logics Experience with portfolio management, compliance or border systems A strong IT and data affinity as well as interest in automated and AI-based evaluation and reporting solutions are advantageous Structured, careful and solution-oriented operation Teamability and high communication and tuning strength Very good German and good English skills
