Intern Human Resources Recruiting & Employer Branding (w/m/d)

Location: Frankfurt am Main Start date: from September 2025, for a duration of 6 months 6-month internship with challenging tasks related to personnel recovery Support in the entire process of applicant management: from the ad and screening of the application documents to the applicant correspondence, to participation in interviews and the independent implementation of telephone calls Working with Employer Branding and overarching HR projects Assistance in the strategic expansion of the employer brand, e.g. in the design of print and online advertising materials Support our social media channels and support in coordinating content creation chance to get to know modern staff work in a dedicated team, take responsibility and contribute to the acquisition of talents for Ferrero attractive benefits such as job ticket, food grants for our canteen, regular product allocations and exchange in our large internship network

advanced Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sociology, (Economic) Psychology or a related subject first relevant experiences, e.g. through internships in the HR environment fluent German and very good English skills as well as safe application of MS Office programs a quick understanding to be able to control complex processes independently pronounced empathy as well as very good communication skills in handling different external contacts and internal interfaces high level of commitment, an independent and structured way of working and the will to create and move things JOBV1_EN
