For more than 20 years, we, W+H Wasser- und Haustechnik GmbH, have been working with 60 employees for elementary services in the city of Halle. As a company of the Stadtwerke-Halle-Group, we take on diverse and important tasks: From the water meter and drinking water system testing via district heating, gas, electricity, deep and pipeline construction to the disposal and maintenance of collecting channels – we keep the city running! • As the head of our group “PV-Bau” you keep all threads together organizationally and in person – for you, this means that you plan your missions, support your team in everyday life and coordinate tasks. • As a central contact person for our customers, you will accompany our projects from construction preparation to successful acceptance and carry out regular construction site checks in this context. • In addition, check the service orders daily and count them off, create scales and run the associated building journals. • The organizational foundations are also in your hands: You order the required materials and take over the monthly billing of the attendance times of your employees. • Of course, you always pay attention to compliance with statutory requirements as well as health and safety regulations and regularly instruct your team to the applicable requirements. • Technically, you also pack up: you mount, install and take photovoltaic systems and charging stations into operation, perform maintenance and repairs, check electrical systems according to DIN VDE and document the results.

You are already bringing

• completed technical training, preferably for electricians or electronics technicians, or a comparable qualification in electrical engineering; • experience in team management, installation and installation of photovoltaic systems and charging stations, • expertise in reading construction drawings and knowledge of current regulations and guidelines of the UVV, • willingness to take over call-readiness services, • Class B licence, • Ideally, qualifications in the field of renewable energies and safe handling of MS Office.
