Manager Account Receivable - Global Business Services (m/f/d)

In this varied leadership position with a large design space, you can ensure the efficient and smooth running of debitor accounting in a global business services environment. With your 20-member team, you will create a service- and customer-oriented cooperation with our headquarters and European national companies. You challenge the status quo, drive the optimization of the debitor processes, develop existing standards and enable efficient, transparent control based on valid data and key figures. With trend-sense and team spirit, you actively shape AI development and integrate it step by step into everyday work. You promote a pronounced feel and empower your team to take responsibility and effectively contribute its expertise.

Business studies (e.g. Finance & Accounting, BWL with a focus on Accounting, International Management) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual leadership experience in financial and accounting, in an international business service center environment. Knowledge in the operational business management environment (e.g. process shifts, setup or control of service centers) and SAP FI. Practical experience with global business services and managing outsourcing partners. Sovereign communication skills in German and English, as well as the willingness to travel to our international companies twice a year.
