Deputy Head and Coordination of the entire kitchen team Personal responsibility for the kitchen department including service plan and holiday planning Creation of offers, menus, arrangements and menus including cost calculation Planning and implementation of the demand-oriented purchase of foodstuffs taking into account the business volume Co-responsibility for the economic use of goods and cost control receipt of goods and careful inspection and documentation of deliveries Participation in the monthly and annual inventory in the area of kitchen storage Implementation and verification of compulsory training in the areas of occupational safety, hygiene and infection protection Organisation, delegation and, if necessary, active cooperation in all kitchen work Continuous control of the quality and cost of all products used Documentation and regular review of additives and allergens as well as control of the legally prescribed suspensions and markings

Successfully completed training as cook / cook At least 2 years of professional experience as cook / cook, ideally in different positions and areas of responsibility Successfully completed training examination (AEVO) and corresponding knowledge Representative leadership and social competence as well as joy in working with people Organizational designer as well as an independent, structured and self-responsible way of working Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness Endurance, enforcement and a high sense of responsibility Flexibility, loadability and strong team capability Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of safety, hygiene and food regulations Creativity and passion for the development of high-quality food Very good product and product knowledge Embossed communication skills and professional appearance A well-maintained and representative appearance You currently live in Germany and are familiar with the professional and legal frameworks in Germany
