Support and representation of the assembly line in the control of national and international assembly projects Discipline management of the assembly staff together with the assembly line Planning and coordination of assembly processes incl. Organisation, personnel and cost aspects Monitoring of assembly quality and audit on construction sites and regular monitoring of progress, dates and risks Professional coaching of the construction site managers remotely and locally Technical and commercial assessment of project risks incl. Preparation of decision bases, both in the supply and implementation phase Cost control and budget monitoring including deviation analyses and optimization proposals Central interface between assembly, specialist departments and external service providers

Complete training as technician/master or Studies (Bachelor / Master) in mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in coordinating national and international construction sites, assembly teams and external partners in the field of automated industrial plants Embossed commercial understanding, in particular in cost calculation, budgeting and project controlling Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, another foreign language is advantageous Structured, strong and communication-capable personality with a high self-initiative and organisational strength as well as a project-based readiness round your profile
