In this versatile role, as part of a digitalization team with 7 employees, you are driving forward the further development of the broker management portal for our private customer business: Digital solutions that work in everyday life Understanding, structuring and continuously improving processes The aim is to create a practical and stable application that offers real added value in the daily business and supports the further development of the private customer business. Your role: As a speaker for digitization and processes, you are responsible for the professional and processal further development of our broker management portal in the private customer business. Your tasks: Further development of the broker management portal Recording, structuring and prioritization of requirements Translation of technical requirements into implementable features Close coordination with IT and development Recognition of trends and developments Development and implementation of new innovative approaches Ensuring a practicable and stable solution in daily business Continuous optimization of the underlying processes

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, computer science, business management or a comparable qualification Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a comparable role Experience in the development of digital solutions Understanding processes and their digital imaging Ability to communicate between expertise and IT Structured, pragmatic working and knowledge in project management methods Interest in realizing things – not just to design Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills High IT affinity and safe handling of modern technologies and tools Communication strength and team capacity
