Refrigeration Service Technician / Technical Customer Advisor Internal Service (m/f/d)

Technical advice and support of our customers in matters relating to the Eckelmann control system – telephone, remote and occasionally directly on site Analysis of technical concerns and practical assistance in operation, parameterization, troubleshooting and application of our solutions Training, instruction and practical advice for customers, service partners and users Support in the commissioning of refrigeration systems and building control systems when special experience is required in practice Close cooperation with service, project processing, product management and sales Structured acceptance of customer requirements and disclosure of technical knowledge to improve training, documentation and processes

Completed training as mechatronics engineerin for refrigeration technology or Refrigeration plant manufacturerin or comparable refrigeration technology qualification Compulsively required: practical experience with the Eckelmann control system, ideally from service, commissioning, operation or maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems Multiannual experience in industrial refrigeration technology and secure understanding of cold-engineering and electrotechnical relationships Pleasure to support customers not only in the event of disturbances, but to advise them professionally, to train and to continue sustainably Very good German as well as English or another foreign language at a level that allows simple technical advice Structured, service-oriented and solution-strong operation – even with complex or urgent customer requests Why this position can fit you particularly well This position is aimed at experienced service technicians who want to continue to use their expertise close to the customer, but no longer want to be permanently burdened by shift, night or standby work.
