Your role

You are a Machine Learning Engineer or Architect (w/m/d) part of our Insights & Data teams that conduct software and consulting projects focusing on machine learning, MLOps, data science, analytics and artificial intelligence. We train you in the technologies and processes for machine learning and MLOps and get ready for your projects. You are trained and certified by us or our partners. In our cross-functional teams, you work closely with customers, software engineers, UX/UI designers, strategists and business analysts to understand customer needs and implement the best solutions.

• As part of our team, you actively develop AI-based end-to-end products. This ensures the smooth implementation of Machine Learning and GenAI solutions.
• You take the advice of customers as well as the creation of insights, data products and ML models in the project reference.
• Extraction and modelling of data using statistical methods and development of dashboards and application in the consulting context.
• Application of programming languages such as python and frameworks such as Spark.
• You meet sound decisions for the problems to be solved, select modern, suitable technologies and check the IT architecture for efficiency. According to the motto “the best tool for the job” you decide between own development and off-the-shelf solutions.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies of computer science, mathematics, physics or a comparable degree.
• Long-standing experience in software development or the like.
• Knowledge of how to use the following programs: Python, Data Science Libraries in Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch. You also know Dev/Ops technologies (Git, Gitlab, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with cloud platforms, as well as with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Kubeflow.
• Solid understanding of AI and language models, including LLM and Computer Vision, as well as IT affinity and a good understanding of complex relationships and business processes, strong quantitative skills. - Good communicative skills, reliable knowledge of German and excellent knowledge of English and project-related travel.
