Development and implementation of a company-wide content strategy as well as corresponding governance structures for archiving, knowledge publication and search functions across relevant applications and business areas Responsibility for the modernisation of ECM landscape, in particular the consolidation and detachment of heterogeneous old systems by the central SAP OpenText platform and the management of the migration of existing content repository Responsibility for ECM architecture and its integration into SAP systems, business applications and AI-based applications with a view to sustainability and scalability Takeover of the end-to-end product responsibility for the ECM platform with responsibility for Backlog, Roadmap, technical requirements and technical development to ensure a future-oriented and business-oriented solution Professional leadership of an international team across several locations and disciplinary leadership of employees in Germany. Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification At least seven years of experience in enterprise content management, document management or enterprise archiving Detectable experience as a product owner, product manager or in a comparable leadership role with responsibility for roadmap, backlog, target architecture and technical orientation of a company-critical platform Funded knowledge of leading ECM platforms, ideally OpenText, and their integration in SAP landscapes and corporate applications Detectional experience in the management of technical teams as well as in the construction and control of operating and support organisations, also in international and/or Nearshore/offshore environment Experience in the management of external service providers and in the control of implementation and support partners Impressed communication skills as well as reliable German language skills (at least C1 level) and very good English skills
