With us, you take over the electrical engineering construction management for demanding construction projects – bring your electrotechnical expertise to us: Project responsibility & building management You take over the independent control of electrotechnical structures in our turnkey construction projects – such as clinics, laboratories or care facilities in modern modular design As a central contact person, you coordinate all project participants in the Greifswald region and ensure smooth project execution You lead entrepreneurs, coordinate the interfaces to other TGA structures and ensure the successful implementation of your projects Secure quality & accompany projects until acceptance You cooperate in planning, tendering and awarding and check the technical and qualitative requirements You will keep in mind appointments, costs and quality at any time and ensure compliance with all project objectives until acceptance You accompany decreases, ensure the quality of the construction site and take over the documentation and billing of the after-contracting services

expertly based & experienced in the project business You have successfully completed your studies in electrical engineering or have a comparable qualification, for example as an electric master or state-tested technician electrical engineering You bring well-founded experience as a building manager, specialist building manager, project manager, project engineer or specialist planner electrical engineering / TGA – ideally in the environment of technically demanding building projects such as hospitals or laboratories You apply relevant regulations such as VOB, BGB, HOAI, VDE and other technical standards safely in practice structured, binding & solution-oriented You manage your projects in a structured and independent manner, act in a solution-oriented manner and are confident in the project environment You communicate clearly and bindingly, compete with project participants and work together in partnership with all interfaces You have German knowledge (C1) and bring the necessary readiness for travel and accommodation within the region of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Berlin and Brandenburg and ideally live in the Greifswald area
