Number: MER000446R Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany (MBVD) is one of the major and successful sales organisations in the automotive industry. As part of Mercedes-Benz AG, the company manages sales and service for the Mercedes-Benz brand in the German market with around 1,300 employees. The team “External and Internal Communication” is responsible for the strategic and operational communication of the Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany. These include internal communication, communicative support for sales and retail activities, as well as the targeted address of our trading partners. The aim is to place relevant content and measures effectively along the customer journey as well as to inform, inspire and involve employees and sales partners. These challenges include: Cooperation in the development and implementation of communication and marketing measures for the Mercedes-Benz Retail in Germany

Working on a strategic transformation project to introduce a new retail communication platform

Support in the targeted processing of content for our retail and retail communication

Creation of presentations and communication documents for management, sales and retail bodies

Coordination and cooperation with internal departments, agencies and trading partners

Own-sponsored acquisition of small projects in the field of retail communication and communication platforms after successful incorporation

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Degree course Communication, Media or Economics, Marketing, Journalism or a comparable degree programme

Interest in retail marketing, commercial communication

Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a pronounced sense of language

Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

Ideally first experiences in marketing, communication, retail or content creation and project management

Remarkable: Experience in dealing with content management systems and digital communication platforms
