Examination, collection and follow-up of service offers and supplements according to performance description Support in the monthly performance statement to the client Control of external service provider bills (e.g. subcontractors, provided service providers) Maintenance of commercial data in IT systems (e.g. CAFM, MS Dynamics, Excel) Creation of evaluations, reports and evidence for object management and the customer Support for monthly reporting and budget adjustments Preparation of orders and supplements in coordination with the object manager Completion of quotations and price requests

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the area of office management, industrial businessman/wife, or real estate management First professional experience in commercial expertise, ideally in facility management or construction/service environment Knowledge in handling Excel and commercial ERP systems Structured, independent and reliable operation Good understanding of accounting, contractual content and commercial relationships Communication strength and team capacity
