Claims Management Clerk (m/f/d)

You advise and attend our service bike users: both in the telephone and as a competent contact person, you can help them. You process written customer requests reliably and service-oriented via our ticket system. You coordinate insurance and damage cases and ensure smooth processing. You communicate with service bike users:inside, insurance companies, business customers:inside and tune with them. You take over the processing of reported damage and keep an eye on open processes until successful completion. You will find solutions for uncertainties, special cases and complex issues. You work closely with other departments and coordinate cross-departmental inquiries. In work-intensive phases, you flexibly support other teams and contribute to the joint success. You actively contribute your ideas to optimizing our processes and systems.

You have a completed commercial or technical training. You could already gain first professional experience, ideally over 1 to 2 years. You like to communicate, go open to people and enjoy direct customer contact. A pronounced customer and service orientation is what distinguishes you. You work independently, take responsibility and bring your own initiative. You convince with commitment, reliability and a high level of sense of responsibility. New topics and contexts are quickly covered and keep track of complex tasks. You work structured, carefully and organized. Also in labor-intensive or hectic phases, you remain resilient and solution-oriented. Knowledge in the field of bicycle technology is advantageous, but no need.
