Tax Advisors - Annual Financial Statements / Tax Returns (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the comprehensive tax and business consulting of your own client base, from the creation of complex annual accounts to strategic design advice. As a manager, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, promote the individual development of your employees and act as mentor:in. You actively drive the digitization of our firm processes and optimise the workflows in the team, especially through the targeted use of ADDISON. In close cooperation with the management, you will participate in the strategic development of the site and take responsibility for selected projects. You will ensure the high quality of the work results by acting as a professional:r contact person:in your team, you will act and review challenging facts.

You have successfully completed your tax advisor exams and bring at least two years of professional experience in a firm. In creating annual accounts and tax returns for various clients, you are routined and safe. Ideally, you have gained first leadership experience or bring the clear desire to grow into a guide role. Your work is digitally affin and you are familiar with common firm software – ideally you already know ADDISON. As a personality, you are convinced by self-responsibility, team spirit and honest and value-adding communication. Your knowledge of German is at a negotiated level (C1).
