Independent control and handling of international sea freight (FCL/LCL) and railway freight shipments Bookings with shipping companies and our global agent network Proactive customer support and advice, e.g. on transport solutions or delays Creation and testing of transport and release documents Accounting of services and direct customer contact Efficient process control and optimization for smooth import processing Participation in customer meetings and process improvement projects

Complete training in the field of logistics/pedition (e.g. merchant for forwarding and logistics services, logistics technicians and the like) Professional experience in import processing (ideally sea freight/rail freight) Secure handling of MS Office & digital logistics software Communication strength & customer orientation – you love finding solutions Team skills, commitment & a structured way of working
