The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Working in the rental process with the sub-processes Acquise/ Marketing and Rental Interests, Rental Contract Management, Transfers and Rental Accounting in coordination with the management, construction management and external stakeholders Voting with the place of allocation of apartments in the context of housing care and the acquisition of new customers Rental management and contact person of the tenants from current rental contracts, support of current rental conditions Takeover of housing into stock, e.g. as a result of takeovers from third-party stocks or new residential apartments in coordination with management Coordination of the rental process, in particular in the course of handovers and restoration of rentalability in coordination with the construction management Communication with the tenants and tasks of moving management in the context of technical measures in coordination with construction management Support for monitoring and documentation of operator and transport obligations in housing Processing of contract matters for parking spaces and garages, contract management of parking spaces and garages Data acquisition and master data maintenance using SAP, lists and tables, ensuring master data quality in SAP

Qualification: Graduated commercial vocational training, preferably to the real estate businessman (w/m/d) or to the merchant in the real estate and housing industry (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Competences: Good business and real estate knowledge Experience in the housing industry desirable Knowledge of Microsoft Office IT standard applications and the use of the Internet Knowledge in SAP ERP 6.0 is desirable or the willingness to acquire knowledge in SAP-supported specialist BALIMA at short notice Further requirements: Class B driving licence and the readiness to travel (even as a self-driver) Green, careful and reliable operation Good opinion Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills
