Consultant Knowledge Preservation and Knowledge Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for a full-time or part-time (min. 25 hours/week) at the next possible time for our Department of Competence & Cooperation at our Berlin site

Developing and implementing concepts for securing, documentation and sharing knowledge Plan and implement measures to promote knowledge transfer between internal and external actors Introducing and maintaining digital tools to support knowledge management Support the specialist departments in identifying and securing key knowledge, including the establishment of measures to safeguard knowledge in the event of changes in personnel Organise and organise workshops, trainings and events in the field of knowledge management and expertise Analyze and optimise existing knowledge processes and integrate best practices from comparable organisations Proactive cooperation with internal and external partners to develop innovative solutions for the preservation of competences and knowledge management in the context of the secure interim storage of nuclear waste

Successfully completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. information management, organisational development, natural sciences) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in knowledge management, network management or a related area, ideally in the technical or scientific context Knowledge of building and maintaining networks with authorities, research institutions or other institutions Safe handling of digital tools and technologies, in particular in the field of knowledge and network management Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as the ability to convey complex topics in a targeted manner Structured, analytical methods and problem-solving competence and self-initiative Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. readiness to regularly travel within Germany
