Assessment of the feasibility of technical solutions and development of concepts for improving existing structures Conceptual design of machines and devices as well as constructive development of components and welding assemblies according to customer specifications Creation of FE models and testable static reports according to appropriate standards carrying out analytical, static and quasi-static calculations of components from plant, machine and device construction Creation of individual parts and assemblies in 3D as well as production of 2D drawings and piece lists Technical advice and close cooperation with colleagues from the project teams, in particular from the design Coordination with clients, participation in project meetings and presentation of results Support in the processing of customer requests by creating calculations and offers
A completed technical study, for example in mechanical engineering Multiannual professional experience in the abovementioned activities Very good knowledge of common FEM calculation tools, ideally Femap, Nastran or RSTAB A safe handling of Autodesk Inventor, Microsoft Office and ideally other CAD systems such as CATIA V5 German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Experience in aircraft construction (Jigs & Tools) is desirable An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working and a quick understanding Team skills, communication strength and flexibility complete your profile
